Reservation and cancellation conditions
Dear guests, please note our hotel's reservation and cancellation conditions.
These apply in particular to groups of 25 people or more and/or exclusive reservations
separate rooms. The conditions for complete events still apply, but
also for any reductions in the agreed number of guests. Should the number of guests change significantly
reduce, we reserve the right to change the reserved rooms.

Expiry no later than 7 working days for companies up to 50 persons and no later than 14
For parties of 50 or more people, please provide a binding number of guests and choice of dishes on working days.
Exclusive reservations for up to 35 people can be made in our historic Braumeisterstüberl.
The minimum turnover here is 600 euros, which is just under 18 euros per person at full capacity.
If the number of people is lower, the minimum turnover per head increases accordingly.
Exclusive reservations for up to 45 people can be accommodated in our cosy fireplace room.
The minimum turnover here is 800 euros, which is just under 18 euros per person at full capacity.
If the number of people is lower, the minimum turnover per head increases accordingly.
Exclusive reservations for 50 people or more can be accommodated in our beautiful baroque hall.
The minimum turnover here is 4000 euros, i.e. 80 euros per person, the number of people
higher, the minimum turnover per capita is reduced accordingly.
The minimum turnover mentioned always includes the total costs, i.e. food and drinks as well as
any other costs that may arise, such as decoration, etc.
Immediately, but no later than 7 working days after a binding reservation
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is to be paid in cash or by bank transfer.

For all reservations of 25 persons or more and/or exclusive reservations in separate
The following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellations made 60 days or less before the reservation date – 30% of the total amount
Cancellations made 30 days or less before the reservation date – 50% of the total amount
Cancellations made 10 days or less before the reservation date – 70% of the total amount
Cancellations made 3 days before the reservation date – 100% of the total amount
